Generally one of the first questions we get asked, often before there is even a full understanding of the scope of a project, is: How much will it cost? Price is undoubtedly at or near the top of the list for every business person and we fully understand. That's why we have a simple process to help our customers understand what to expect.

What we do to cut to the chase is offer an initial no-cost consultation to get a high-level understanding of the project so we can provide a realistic estimate of cost and development time. Once we have established and agreed on the project overview, estimate, and time line, we move forward with developing the exact project requirements, details, and final pricing.

How It Works

We follow two basic pricing models for all our web development: software-as-a-service (SaaS) and custom-built solutions.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

Most of the projects we build include our ConnectPoint web management software, which speeds up development time and substantially reduces initial project costs. This means our clients enjoy the benefits of our powerful web management services without high up-front costs and with total, ready-to-go convenience. Clients only pay a small monthly fee for the services they use.

Custom-Built Web Solutions

While most of the custom projects we build are quoted at a one-time development cost, it is important to keep in mind the web is a constantly evolving environment. This means most web solutions will have to be periodically upgraded to accommodate advancing technology. The general rule of thumb when it comes to ongoing maintenance costs, which are required to keep a web-based service up-and-running and doesn't include adding more features or enhancements, is to budget 10% of the initial development costs every year. So if you invest $10,000 on developing a special web-based solution, you should budget about $1,000 a year to keep the code-base up-to-date and secure.
