National Timber Harvesting and Transportation Safety Foundation
Visit: Logging Safety The National Timber Harvesting and Transportation Safety Foundation (Loggingsafety.com) fulfills its mission of promoting safety among the ranks of logging and timber products transportation workers in a variety of ways. Online publication and distribution of safety bulletins and safety manuals, in cooperation with the Forest Resources Association (FRA), state forestry associations, professional logger associations, and other organizations, has made safety information available to a vast number of logging industry workers.
Project Overview
Together, the FRA and LoggingSafety.com have a growing list of several hundred safety and technical bulletins, some of which are available to the public and some to members only. Depending on the type of bulletins, some also need to be available on the FRA website, and/or the Logging Safety website. The Foundation needed to not only re-brand and re-design the Logging Safety website, but also had to share the vast amount of data on their website with another site.
